I am interested in commissioning a project. What's the next step?
Simply send us a message through our contact page. We will follow up with you to learn more about your vision. We'll go over details, timeline, cost, etc. Once we've reached an agreement, we get to work!
How much does a custom commission cost?
The overall investment varies depending on the complexity and size of the project. Please describe what you are looking for, and we can provide an estimate.
How long does it take to make a custom painting?
In your commission agreement, we will give you an estimated timeline. 12 in x 12 in paintings can take up to three weeks to paint, plus additional time for the work to dry, be packaged and shipped. We will always send you project updates along the way.
What kind of paint do you use?
Typically, we use a high-quality acrylic and a wood panel for commissioned paintings. We are happy to discuss alternative mediums and surfaces.
Are refunds offered on commissions?
Investment in custom pieces are non-refundable. Please read our return policy for full details.
Do you rent artwork?
Yes! We provide rental services for short term and long term rentals. If you fall in love with the piece, 100% your rental fee will go towards the cost of the artwork if you decide to purchase it! Please contact us for more information.
LED FAQs
What do I need to know about the LED lights?
Flexible, waterproof and long lasting (roughly 8-15 years) RGB LED lights are nestled in a routed area on a wood panel or mounted on acrylic. The light connects to a 12V 5A output power supply which plugs into the wall. The cord can be hardwired in your space or be concealed with a cord cover. Just download the app using the QR code on the light and you can adjust the color, brightness and more.
How bright is the light?
Bright! Bright enough to be clearly visible during the day. It will create a lovely neon glow in a dimly lit room. You can control the brightness of the light using an app.
What if the light gets damaged or goes out?
Send us a message, and in most cases, we will send you a new light free of charge. Please see our refund policy for full details.
