Refund policy

Returns or exchanges are only granted for products that have been damaged upon arrival. Please inspect your order upon reception and notify me within 48 hrs if your item(s) arrives damaged so that I can make it right. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of damage.

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and be in the original packaging.

SQUIDDY STUDIO is not liable if orders are returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address or for items that go unclaimed at the depot. If orders are returned to me, I will have to charge the cost of shipping to resend the item to you.

If you purchased a piece with LED lights, please note that their average lifespan is 8 to 15 years. If the light is not functioning properly, contact me. In most cases, I can ship you a replacement light once I receive the old one.
