Shipping & Returns

At SYDNEY WALTERS STUDIO, we strive to provide exceptional customer service and ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. To facilitate a seamless shopping experience, we have implemented the following Shipping and Returns Policy. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

SHIPPING

Order Processing

Once you place an order with us, our dedicated team will ensure that it is processed promptly. Original art orders fine art prints are usually processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. All prints are made to order. Please allow up to 14 days for them to be processed. During high-volume periods or promotional campaigns, there may be slight delays in order processing.

Shipping Methods and Times

  • Standard Shipping: Depending on your location, standard shipping generally takes between 5-10 business days for domestic orders. We do not currently ship internationally.

Sydney Walters Studio does not hold any liabilities and is not responsible for any customs or fees applied to the order. All fees imposed during or after delivery would be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email. This tracking number will allow you to stay updated on the status of your shipment and track its progress until it reaches your doorstep.

SYDNEY WALTERS STUDIO is not liable if orders are returned to us due to incorrect/incomplete address or for items that go unclaimed at the depot. If orders are return to us, we will have to charge the cost of shipping to resend the item to you.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; however, if you are not, we are here to assist you. Please note the following eligibility criteria for returns and exchanges:
1. Returns or exchanges are only granted for products that have been damaged upon arrival. Please notify us within 48 hrs if your item(s) arrives damaged. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of damage.
2. The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
3. No returns or exchanges can be made after 14 days.
4. Only regular priced items may be refunded. No sale items can be refunded.
4. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
5. Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us as studio@sydneywalters.com within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the item is securely packed and returned using a reputable shipping service.

Refunds and Store Credits

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. In some cases, if you prefer, we can also provide store credits for future purchases.
Please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. Additionally, any return shipping costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
